WARRANTY/REPAIR/REPLACE/EXCHANGE

WARRANTY

Kindred Pearls offers a lifetime warranty on our pearls.  We will replace lost/loose pearls for the lifetime of the setting.  So long as you purchased the setting from Kindred Pearls, we will replace the pearl and will do our best to color and size match to the original pearl that was in the setting.  Kindred pearls will not replace pearls on settings you no longer have.  We must receive the setting back in our home office in the same state that it was when originally purchased and we will mount/re-mount the pearl(s).  The customer is responsible for paying for shipping of the setting to our home office and Kindred Pearls will cover the cost of shipping to return your fixed setting to you.

REPLACE/REPAIR

Kindred Pearls will repair and/or replace any setting that is damaged within 90 days of purchase.  The setting must be received at our home office (regardless of the state of the setting) before the 91st day in order for repair/replacement to take place. If the setting is unable to be repaired we will replace it or if the setting is no longer available we will issue a credit for the amount of the original setting at the original purchase price.  The customer is responsible for paying shipping cost for the item to be returned to our home office.  Kindred Pearls will accept the responsibility for paying shipping cost to return the item to the customer in the event it is able to be repaired or replaced. If Kindred Pearls receives a setting that is outside of the 90 day period we will discard the damaged setting on behalf of the customer and no prior notice will be given.  We always suggest you communicate your need for repair/replacement to us prior to sending your setting into our office. 

EXCHANGE

Exchanges in purchased settings will NOT be permitted by Kindred Pearls.  Once you have purchased a setting, the setting belongs to you (the customer).
